Fatehpur is a town located midway Jaipur and Bikaner on the National Highway 11 in Sikar district of Rajasthan. The town of Fatehpur was established by Fateh Khan, a Kayamkhani Nawab in the mid-15th century. Like other places of the region, Fatehpur, too, is known for grand and decorated havelis.
The Goenka Haveli built in the year 1865 has several wall paintings and is considered to be the most interesting of all havelis present here. The painting of the ceiling is worth seeing and is the highlight of the haveli. There are several other historic tourist attractions in the town, which include Nand Lal Devra, Saraogi and Singhania havelis.
